These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and rs7866 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rs7866 website accessible at https://rs7866.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through the Platform.

To register an Account with rs7866, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rs7866 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You are required to notify rs7866 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. rs7866 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including temporarily suspending your Account, while investigating suspected unauthorised access.

Account Security Recommendations

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on your Account settings;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared devices;
• Do not access your Account over unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks without VPN protection.

rs7866 is required to carry out identity verification ("KYC") procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. You acknowledge that we may request identity and address documentation at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Transaction Currency

Amounts throughout these Terms are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for illustrative purposes only. The functional currency of your Account is determined at the time of registration. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

rs7866 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For illustrative reference, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum individual bet limit applies — typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per bet, as specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. 8.1 Bet Acceptance

rs7866 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet is placed after an event has commenced; the odds or terms displayed were the result of a manifest error; the bet relates to an event that has been suspended; or where rs7866 has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or fraud.

8.2 Manifest Errors

Where odds, lines or game terms are published as a result of a manifest error (including typographical errors, system faults or misfeeds of data), rs7866 reserves the right to void any bets placed on those terms and return the relevant stake to the User's Account. rs7866's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred shall be final.

8.3 Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Sports

Cricket markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other international and domestic cricket, are offered for entertainment and information purposes. rs7866 does not hold any official partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team or player. Cricket is referenced purely as contextual sporting content.

Market availability for cricket and other sports (football, UFC, tennis and others) is subject to event scheduling and the Platform's operational coverage at the relevant time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs7866 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of Account balances, and where legally required, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process;
• Registering or operating more than one Account (whether in the same name or otherwise);
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering;

All content on the rs7866 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual content, software, game interfaces and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the intellectual property of rs7866 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any part of the Platform's content without the express written consent of rs7866.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs7866 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond our control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on any information, content or odds displayed on the Platform;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws or these Terms;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13.1 Closure by User

13.2 Closure by rs7866

Where the Platform closes your Account for reasons other than your own breach, any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rs7866 holds its operational license. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as rs7866 submitting to the jurisdiction of any court or authority in Pakistan, nor as a claim that online gambling is lawful under Pakistani law.

14.1 Complaints Process
